We are Mowgli, a gaming company based around a simple concept – connecting people through social creation. In this early stage of the new social gaming market, we see one glaring problem: creations are locked inside the game. After all, they have no value outside of it. Let’s face it: a Farmville farm will never become a real farm. We are a start-up ready to enter the fray with a roster of social games that offer players the unique ability to create something real that has value, and then take it outside the game. At Mowgli we have put together a rock star team of designers and developers who are hard at work on our first release – Songster.

Songster is a social creative experience centered on song building. Our intuitive interface and hidden tempo and pitch matching technology makes remix and mashup creation a hobby available to any skill level. The ability to instantly download songs to an .mp3 means the emotional investment spent in Songster transcends virtual boundaries to produce a truly real and valuable artifact. With our partnerships with real artists and music labels, we intend to raise the bar for how fans expect to interact with the music they love.
