Adam KunzCo-Founder & COO Adam has an extensive background in social & digital media, Flash, and design. Adam graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in digital media. He previously operated his own graphic design and video-creation firm. Over the past few years, Adam expanded this business from primarily creating websites and videos to include graphic design, printing, marketing, and social media integration. During the six years prior to Encore Results, Adam ran operations for two Atlanta-based companies. |

Joe DeCarloChief Architect Joe brings over 15 years of software development and architecture experience to the Mowgli team. Joe is a Microsoft Certified Architect (Solutions) and once sat on the Board of Advisors for the program. He is an IASA Fellow, and led the team that created and launched the Certified IT Architect certification during his tenure on the Board of Education for IASA. Before coming to Mowgli, Joe was a Solution Architect at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. where he developed many applications on several platforms. |

Michael ShurbuttProducer Michael is a Georgia Tech and SAE Atlanta graduate with a degree in Business/Marketing as well as Audio Technology. He has spent years working as the senior assistant engineer in Atlanta recording studio, Sonica Recording Studio, side-by-side with rock/alternative, metal, and country artists. Outside of the studio, Michael also mixes live sound and provides freelance studio mixing and mastering services. |
