Marshall Seese Founder & CEO Marshall is an experienced entrepreneur with a background in music, technology, and law. He earned a JD from the University of Michigan, and opened his own law firm, BCLS Legal only two years after graduation. In late 2008, Marshall sold his stake in BCLS and joined North Highland as their General Counsel. In addition to his legal career, Marshall has launched a number of small businesses and is an experienced musician with a recording agreement through Backspace Records.	Adam Kunz Co-Founder & COO Adam has an extensive background in social & digital media, Flash, and design. Adam graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in digital media. He previously operated his own graphic design and video-creation firm. Over the past few years, Adam expanded this business from primarily creating websites and videos to include graphic design, printing, marketing, and social media integration. During the six years prior to Encore Results, Adam ran operations for two Atlanta-based companies.
Mike VanBeneden Co-Founder & CTO Mike is an accomplished software architect and entrepreneur with a background in music. He was head of mobile development for Slalom Consulting in Atlanta where he conceived and delivered mobile and social media solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Mike also won first and second place in the global Coca-Cola Mobile App Challenge.	Joe DeCarlo Chief Architect Joe brings over 15 years of software development and architecture experience to the Mowgli team. Joe is a Microsoft Certified Architect (Solutions) and once sat on the Board of Advisors for the program. He is an IASA Fellow, and led the team that created and launched the Certified IT Architect certification during his tenure on the Board of Education for IASA. Before coming to Mowgli, Joe was a Solution Architect at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. where he developed many applications on several platforms.
Paul DeGooyer Digital Platform & Rights Expert Paul is an award-winning media executive best known for his work at MTV where he led the marketing effort for the $2 billion Rock Band video game franchise. He currently runs Relative Comfort LLC, a consultancy focused on helping media and technology companies develop and optimize their products and distribution. Founded in 2011, Relative Comfort serves numerous established clients and startups, including Microsoft, MTV Networks and The Walt Disney Company.	Natasha Bryant-Raible Designer Natasha Bryant-Raible is a game designer, writer, and dynamic creator of digital culture. Team member to a global leader in MMO development before Mowgli, her professional experience has spanned a breadth of casual to intense social gameplay in a virtual world setting. Also a popular Atlanta-based DJ, director of a small record label, and electronic music production student, Natasha stays abreast of multi-industry trends with an eye for the narrowing gap between virtual and offline culture.
Earl Ferguson Developer Earl has a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. He has an extensive background in web, desktop, and mobile application development using both client side and server side technologies. He has worked on interactive applications for companies like Coca-Cola, Disney, Nestle, Ad Council, Toyota, and T-Mobile. Earl is a former employee of Adobe Inc. where it was his job to consult partners on their enterprise application development using Adobe’s software, tools, and programming technologies.	Steven Shropshire Developer Steven is a mobile applications developer who specializes in creating cross-platform mobile solutions. As a recent graduate of Georgia Tech’s Computer Engineering program, he has a very rich background in both digital signal processing and computer architecture that contributes to the production of high performance audio processing systems. Steven is also a New Orleans native and an ardent Saints fan.
Michael Shurbutt Producer Michael is a Georgia Tech and SAE Atlanta graduate with a degree in Business/Marketing as well as Audio Technology. He has spent years working as the senior assistant engineer in Atlanta recording studio, Sonica Recording Studio, side-by-side with rock/alternative, metal, and country artists. Outside of the studio, Michael also mixes live sound and provides freelance studio mixing and mastering services.	Killian McCalla Quality Assurance Killian is a student at Southern Polytechnic State University. He is completing his degree in Computer Game Design and Development. He has worked as a freelance tester for several studios and has tested previously with Songster in the early stages of development. He is excited to join the team. In his free time Killian enjoys playing music, rock climbing, and getting lost in the woods.
Emily Barnard Artist Emily is a second year student at Atlanta’s Campus of the Savannah College of Art & Design where she is studying Sequential Arts & Illustration.She has participated in several commercial & educational projects in the capacity of Sequential Illustrator, Character & Costume Designer, and Graphic Artist/Production Assistant. Emily received three awards in the 2011 Michigan International Press Association for her graphics work and currently produces her own online graphic novel.	……………………….
